All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Exceptions apply where required by applicable consumer protection laws, including for defective or incorrect items.

European Union (EU)

Customers may withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, without giving a reason. Items must be returned within 14 days of notifying us. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, where legally permitted and disclosed before purchase. Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice, subject to applicable legal conditions.
